Cocostore is an online stationery and gifting shop serving customers across Pakistan. By placing an order through this website you agree to the terms set out on this page, so please read them before you check out. They cover ordering, delivery, returns and your account.
Ordering & Payment
You can check out as a guest or create an account. We accept Cash on Delivery across Pakistan and direct bank transfer; for bank transfer your order ships once the payment has cleared. An order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation on screen and by email. If an item is found to be out of stock or mispriced after you order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel or accept the change.
Delivery
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within one working day of confirmation. We currently deliver inside Pakistan only. You can follow your order at any time from the Track Order page using your order number and the email address or phone number you checked out with.
Returns & Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged, or an item is not what you expected, message us on Instagram within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged; refunds are issued after the return reaches us and passes inspection. Personalised or opened stationery sets cannot be resold and are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Your Account
An account lets you check out faster, follow your orders and keep a wishlist. New accounts are activated through an email verification link — you will need to confirm your email address before you can sign in. Keep your password to yourself and make sure your contact details are accurate so couriers and our team can reach you.
Products & Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes where stated. We buy in small runs and check every batch before it is listed, but paper goods can vary slightly in colour between batches and screens. Product photographs are representative of the item you will receive.
Coupons & Promotions
Discount codes are applied on the cart or checkout page and are valid only within their stated dates and conditions. We may end or adjust a promotion at any time, and codes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined unless the offer says otherwise.
